NeuGRID is a user-friendly environment customised for a range of users from students to senior neuroscientists working in the fields of the neurodegenerative diseases (e.g.: Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body disease, Frontotemporal dementia and White matter diseases).

New imaging technologies significantly affect diagnostic and prognostic accuracy and facilitate progress towards the cure of brain diseases. However, the impact of these new technologies largely depends on the speed and reliability with which the data can be visualized, analyzed and interpreted. Thanks to High Performance Computing (HPC) services and extended computational resources, analyses with neuGRID are incomparably faster than traditional-style lab-based analyses.

NeuGRID is also a data repository recognized by re3data, providing secure data storage for several retrospective cohorts structured according to modern brain neuroimaging standards and provinding private section to archive data of multicentric projects.
